  1. 9am Coffee

    The bar opens. Coffee, matcha, fresh juices, pastries, the paper. The neighbourhood stops by before work.

  2. 12pm Lunch

    Dish of the day on the board, brasserie plates, quick service for those with one hour.

  3. 6pm Aperitif

    A draught, a board to share, the terrace. The street slows down.

  4. 8pm Dinner
